If you heard a whoop around 6:47 p.m., that would be me — and a whole lotta Royals baseball fans ecstatic over this season’s first win! Sometimes it just takes awhile.
As it happened, we were hosting Wausau Newman Catholic, the other 0-4 team in our conference. Somebody had to break their losing streak and come away with their first Marawood win. So glad it was us!
A few highlights…
Tomorrow we play on THEIR turf. Hope we get the same results. Better late than never to start a new streak!
