We Will Rebuild

We had a weird storm blow through here just now. Plenty of rain and a whole lotta wind.

Didn't realize it was actually strong wind until it was done and I noticed it upset Mr. Deck Chair, quite literally, and other chairs on the back deck. The cushion also blew off my swing into the front yard. Like I said. Weird storm. Followed by yellowish lighting. Then clouds again.

We are not deterred. We will rebuild.

Or arrange the furniture back to its place anyway.

Should have known it was going to do something tonight. It was warm, very warm, today and so humid. I figure the numerologists were going nuts today. The humidity was 719% on 7/19.

Hey, that's what it felt like when I went running at 6 a.m. Well, OK, 6:20 a.m. and running/walking. Still, super humid. It didn't get much better throughout the day. Thankfully, the A/C is on. Hopefully, we'll still be able to hear if any sirens go off tonight. Based on a whole bunch of blotches of red on the radar, the Midwest is in for a restless night.
