Great American Santa-Out

Today is the National Cancer Society's annual Great America Smoke-Out. I happened to be searching online for some vintage Christmas-related ads and came across quite a few of jolly ol' St. Nick lighting one up.

Interesting the mixed messages of advertising "way back when."

Just thought I'd share a few....

Makes me wonder what kids had on their Christmas lists! Maybe this is why the Smoke-Out precedes the holidays???

I know I suddenly feel healthy. Don't you?

Maybe Santa will reward us this year... with something smoking hot! Like K-Cups for my new Keurig or a toasty warm robe? Hold the Lucky Strikes, Mr. Claus. But feel free to deliver a lucky lottery ticket.
