Then One Foggy Christmas Eve...

I feel like we're living the Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer song. In central Wisconsin anyway, we just got to the part where Rudolph becomes an essential worker.

Definitely a foggy Christmas Eve and Rudolph definitely has to guide Santa's sleigh tonight!

Good thing we're just home for the night. We did deliver dinner to Jim's parents so we did do something family-wise on Christmas Eve. That was nice.

Came home in the fog and commenced to watching the tree lights while Sylvester waits for Santa. Ha. We watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation – because it was on – and played a few games of cards. Trying to figure out what traditions we might want to start since there's just the two of us and well, that might be pretty often.

I like the tradition where we wish all of you a Merry Christmas. Hope you can spend at least some of it with the people who mean the most to you. And be careful out there.

Rudolph can't be everywhere at once.
