Year-End Adjustment

The highlight of my day was a visit to the chiropractor. She could tell right away I'd been doing something different (sounds like a free pass from shoveling for life). She worked on my for quite a bit and yes, if was the good kind of pain. Where you hope in the end, it's worth it.

I'm still hoping. Based on how many things went crick and crack, I think tomorrow will be a new day. In the meantime, I got a few projects done and 2 Hallmark movies decluttered from DVR storage. Nothing too exciting.

But I did do some searching and year-end adjustments are pretty common for us jolly fat folks. Enjoy...

Be safe and careful out there! (And bend your legs when you life, for crying out loud!)
