Good Grief

Good grief! You knew the already compact spring sports season couldn't go too long before a wrinkle in the schedule. A wet wrinkle at that!

Honestly, it wasn't raining that hard and had stopped at 5:15 p.m. – only a half hour after the games should have started. But, it wasn't so much the concern about getting players wet as it was an assessment of field conditions.

So today's games versus Stratford may or may not be held tomorrow instead – and may or may not remain on home fields. Stay tuned. Well, not here, but always check www.marawoodconference.org for the latest game info.

Since my photography session was also rained out, I had time to get a stress-free deep tissue massage and get a few groceries. Since I have the time, I should also start packing for phoenix. Gonna have to unearth some shorts (you've been warned, world) and sleeveless shirts since they're predicting 100 degrees this weekend.

And no rain. Definitely no rain, man.
